12th Cabinet - Effervescence
"Effervescence" means the spontaneous bubbling of a chemical solution. The committee members of the 12th cabinet will passionate the fellow members to break through, strive for unity and pursuit the perfection of the Society, resembling the gas bubbles in the solution breaking away from the barrier and entering the atmosphere. The new cabinet will commit itself in the session to provide quality functions and welfare to the Members.
