17th Cabinet - Redox
"Redox" means oxidation and reduction. It is a chemical reaction involving the transfer of electrons. One fascinating property of the reaction is that oxidation and reduction are inseparable simultaneously. They cannot occur without the presence of each other. This is analogous to the relationships between Members and the Society.
This year, our prime objective is to achieve the sustainable development of the Society. Not only does the sense of belonging of Members exist during the HKU study, but also long lasting after their graduation. Through different affairs, we devote to promote harmony within the Society, meanwhile enhancing the sense of belonging of Members.
Redox contributes to everyday and everywhere phenomena, symbolizing that our cabinet can cater for different needs of Members and making all-out effort throughout the whole year.
