Introduction of the Cabinet Metaligand - our rationale and pledge
In Chemistry, metal-ligand complex refers to a metal center bound with ions or molecules and results in a coordination complex. The word ligand is originated from the Latin word ligare, which means binding the Department, Members and Committees. The electron donation from ligands which accounts for the formation of strong bonds represents our enthusiasm to serve Members and to maintain coherence. As a result in forming, a coordination complex is formed. We work together towards the same direction and share our passion in exploring Chemistry. Meanwhile, the colour of coordination complexes vary with different metal centers. Therefore, different needs can be catered to create a colorful University life.
